OUR MOTTO:
 
The School’s motto is Shradhaavaan Labhate Gnyanam.

It means, “Sincere and dedicated shall attain knowledge” representing the school’s vision.

 

In line with the school motto, IES endeavors to impart education as per CBSE syllabus & provide multifaceted activities for the overall development of the students.
 

The Indian Expatriates Association (Kemaman & Dungun) founded Indian Expatriate School (IES) on 1st Oct 2001 (Vijaya Dashmi day). The Association is parent organization governing the IES. The IES was officially granted permission by the Ministry of Education, Malaysia, in August 2002. Since then the school has successfully completed four academic years.

                    In November 2004, IES was granted affiliation to CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education, India). It was not only a significant achievement but also getting due recognition to the efforts of the teachers as well as the school as a whole.

                    High Commissioner of India, at Malaysia, is the patron of the school. The Indian High Commission supports various school activities including Malaysian government clearances & permits for teachers.

 

                    IES endeavors to impart education as per CBSE syllabus & provide multifaceted activities for the overall development of the students.
