IES endeavors to conduct number extra curricular activities so as to ensure overall development of the students.

Physical education, Taekwandoo, Computers and Abacus are weekly activities as a part of standard school curriculum.

                        Additionally numbers of activities are planned during the course of the year. Competitions such as sports days, singing, elocution, debating, essay writing, story writing / telling and drawing / painting, will also be held from time to time to promote healthy competition among pupils. School may also arrange, visits to places of interest such as factories, Post office, Fire station, Police station, etc. and school picnic, to broaden pupils’ understanding of the world.

                        Students also are encouraged to take up performing arts like singing, dancing, enacting in plays on the occasions of School Annual day, Independence day & Republic day. Students also get exposed to our cultural heritage through such events.

                        Senior students read daily news & a thought on rotation basis. Junior students recite pledge & National Anthem.

                        These activities are subject to availability of suitable facilities, trained instructors  & teachers and affordability of parents. With support from parents, students and teachers due emphasis on these activities will continue.
